Payment Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

How payment actually works when you order from SerpZenith, in plain language.

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus any additional methods shown at checkout, processed securely through our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number; the gateway handles that directly, and it’s PCI-compliant by design since that’s a requirement for any processor handling card payments.

Currency

All prices are listed in US dollars. If your card is in a different currency, your bank handles the conversion and may apply its own small conversion fee, which is outside our control.

When you’re charged

One-time services are charged in full at checkout. Recurring services, like monthly SEO, are charged on the billing date shown when you sign up, and you can see the next charge date any time in your dashboard.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we’ll email you and retry before pausing the service. We’d rather help you fix an expired card than lose you as a client over a payment hiccup, so reach out if you see a failed-payment notice and something looks wrong.

Invoicing for business clients

If you need a formal invoice or receipt for accounting purposes, request one from your dashboard or by emailing info@serpzenith.com with your order number, and we’ll send one over.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing information and shown before you confirm the order, not added as a surprise afterward.

Price changes

If a service’s price changes after you’ve already ordered it, the new price doesn’t apply retroactively. For recurring services, we’ll notify you before a price change takes effect on your next billing cycle, giving you the chance to adjust or cancel first.
