Privacy Policy
Last updated: Juli 27, 2026
SerpZenith („we“, „us“) operates serpzenith.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it, in plain language, not legal filler.
What we collect
- Forms: name, email, website URL and the details you type — used to answer you and deliver your service.
- Orders: billing name, email, country and order details — processed through WooCommerce. We never see or store your full card number; payments are handled by the payment gateway directly.
- Account data: your login, order history, messages and uploads — visible only to you and our team.
- Basic analytics: pages visited and referral source, to understand what content actually helps visitors and what doesn’t.
How long we keep it
Account and order data stays active while your account is open. Financial records tied to orders are kept for the period required by tax law, then deleted. Form submissions that never became an order are deleted after a reasonable period of inactivity.
Who else sees it
Only the specific team members working on your order see your project details. Our payment gateway, hosting provider and analytics tool process data strictly to make the site and checkout function — none of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share your project details with anyone outside the team working on your order. We don’t spam — you’ll only get emails about your orders and replies to your requests.
Your rights
Ask us any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you: info@serpzenith.com. Account holders can also use the account deletion request page. We respond to every request personally, not through an automated ticket system.
Children’s privacy
Our services are built for businesses, not children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Cookies
Covered separately in the Cookie Policy.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or how we use it, we’ll update this page and note the change. Continued use of the site after an update means you’ve accepted the current version.
