Account Deletion Request

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Want your account and data gone? That’s your right, and we make it a real process, not a maze.

How to request

Email info@serpzenith.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm the request came from you, then remove your account, messages and personal data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, saved messages, uploaded files, and personal profile information. Anything tied to an in-progress order is completed or refunded first, since deleting mid-order data would leave an order impossible to finish or dispute.

What we’re required to keep

Order and payment records we’re legally required to keep for tax purposes are retained for the statutory period, then deleted. We keep the minimum required, nothing extra, and it’s not accessible for any purpose beyond that legal requirement.

Verification

We confirm deletion requests come from the actual account holder before acting on them, to prevent someone else from deleting your account without your knowledge. If you email from a different address than your account, we’ll ask you to verify identity another way first.

Changed your mind?

If you reach out before the 30-day window closes, we can usually stop the deletion and restore your account. Once data is actually deleted, it can’t be recovered, so we treat that window as a real grace period, not a formality.

Why 30 days, not instant

Instant deletion sounds appealing but removes any chance to catch a mistake, a wrong email, an accidental click, before it’s permanent. The 30-day window exists to protect you, not to slow you down.

What happens to your past reviews or case study mentions

If you’ve left a public review or been featured, anonymized, in a case study, deleting your account doesn’t automatically remove those, since they exist independently on third-party platforms or as anonymized data. Tell us specifically if you want a public review or mention removed and we’ll handle that separately.
