Welcome to SerpZenith. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or communicating with us through email or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms establish the rights and responsibilities of both SerpZenith (the “Agency”, “we”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “customer”, “user”).

Please read carefully before placing any orders. If you do not agree with these terms, kindly do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

SerpZenith offers a wide range of SEO and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Backlink packages (Starter, German Guest, Premium, Traffic, Cloud SEO, Flatrate, Social Media)
  • SEO metric improvement (Ahrefs DR, Moz DA/PA, Majestic TF/CF, Combo Packages)
  • Content writing (Service Pages, Product Descriptions, Blog Articles, Fiverr/Upwork Gigs)
  • WordPress design (full websites, single-page, Elementor, Kadence, migration, backup, custom forms)
  • On-page SEO optimization (meta tags, headings, broken links, keyword stuffing fixes, robots.txt, sitemap.xml)
  • Technical SEO optimization (Core Web Vitals, indexing, speed fixes, structured data)
  • AI SEO optimization (AI Overviews, structured data, entity SEO, NLP optimization)
  • Keyword research (niche, local Germany/worldwide, keyword grouping, content planning)
  • Google My Business (creation, recreation, optimization, ranking support)

We reserve the right to update or modify services at any time.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed via Email (serpzenith@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+49 1575 5214685).
  • Payment must be made in full upfront before work begins.
  • Prices vary depending on the chosen service package. Clients will be informed of final costs before confirmation.
  • By making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Clients have 3 days from the time of placing an order to request cancellation or refund.
  • Refunds are not possible once our team has begun working on the project.
  • After the 3-day period, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are also not provided for dissatisfaction with results if the ordered service was delivered exactly as described. (Example: SEO results take time; lack of immediate rankings is not valid grounds for a refund.)

This strict policy exists because SEO involves irreversible costs such as backlink placements, tool expenses, and human labor.

4. Delivery of Services

  • Estimated timelines will be provided before work begins. Most services take 1–4 weeks depending on complexity.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide access, information, or approval) do not count toward SerpZenith’s responsibility.
  • All final work (backlinks, reports, articles, designs, optimizations) will be delivered via email, shared drive, or directly implemented on your website (if access is granted).

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information including website URLs, keywords, and necessary access (WordPress, Google My Business, etc.).
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any content or data shared with us.
  • You agree not to use SerpZenith services for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • SEO results vary depending on competition, algorithm changes, and external factors. While we apply best practices, we cannot guarantee #1 rankings or specific results.
  • SerpZenith is not liable for damages, loss of income, or penalties caused by algorithm updates or external factors beyond our control.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and handle all client data according to our Privacy Policy.
  • We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.

8. Communication

  • Official communication channels are:
  • We aim to respond within 24–48 hours during business days.
  • For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the preferred method of contact.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, reports, and designs created by SerpZenith become the property of the client once delivered and paid in full.
  • However, SerpZenith retains the right to use anonymized examples for portfolio or case study purposes (without revealing client names unless permitted).

10. Third-Party Tools & Services

  • We use third-party SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics).
  • While we ensure best practices, we are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes caused by these third-party platforms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the new terms.
