Our Terms mention that we refuse certain orders. This page explains exactly what that means and why.
What we won’t work on
- Sites promoting illegal activity, or content that’s illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in.
- Sites built primarily to deceive or defraud visitors.
- Content that promotes hate, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups.
- Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to compromise a visitor’s device or data.
Restricted categories
Some legal but sensitive categories, certain financial products, adult content, gambling in restricted regions, are evaluated case by case rather than automatically refused, since the legality and risk profile varies significantly by market and specific business.
Why we screen orders
Link building connects your site to a network of publisher relationships we’ve built over years. Placing links for a site that gets flagged or de-indexed puts that whole network at risk, not just your order, so this isn’t a formality, it protects every client using our link services.
What happens if an order is declined
We’ll tell you plainly why, and refund the order in full immediately. We’re not trying to make a judgment about your business beyond whether we can safely and effectively work on it.
Misuse of delivered work
Content and links we deliver are meant for the site and purpose stated in your order. Reselling delivered work as your own agency’s service to a different end client, without disclosure, isn’t part of what you’re purchasing under a standard order.
Repeated violations
A single flagged order rarely ends a relationship, we’ll usually just decline that specific order and explain why. A pattern of repeated attempts to submit disallowed content is treated differently, and we reserve the right to close an account in that situation rather than keep reviewing and declining order after order.
