Refund Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Simple version: if we don’t deliver what you ordered, you get your money back.

Full refund

  • We can’t start your order (wrong niche, site issues we can’t work with) — refunded in full, usually within 48 hours.
  • We miss the described deliverables and can’t make them right.

Partial refund

  • An order is partially delivered and you don’t want the remainder completed — you pay for what was delivered, the rest comes back.

Not refundable

  • Completed orders where all described deliverables were provided.
  • Ranking outcomes — we refund missed deliverables, not Google’s decisions (see the results disclaimer).

Recurring services

Monthly SEO and other recurring services are billed per cycle. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn’t retroactively refund a cycle where work was already delivered. If you cancel mid-cycle before any work has started on that cycle, that cycle is refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically show up within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; we process our end within 48 hours of approval, and we’ll confirm by email the moment it’s submitted on our side.

Disputed charges

If something feels off about a charge, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks take weeks to resolve and often freeze the account in the meantime; a direct refund request usually gets you your money back faster, and it doesn’t leave a dispute mark on your payment history.

Custom and bulk orders

Custom campaigns and bulk link packages follow the same rules as standard orders: full refund if we can’t deliver, partial refund for the undelivered portion if you stop partway through. Scope agreed in writing before the order started is what defines “delivered.”

How to request

Open a ticket from your dashboard or email info@serpzenith.com with your order number. We respond within one business day, and we’d rather fix a problem than argue about a refund — most requests start with us asking what went wrong first, since a fixable issue is usually a better outcome for everyone than a refund.
