Delivery Policy

All SerpZenith services are digital — nothing ships physically, and there are no shipping fees or customs concerns anywhere in the world.
Timelines
Each product lists its delivery estimate. Typical ranges: foundational links 3–7 days, guest posts 1–3 weeks, metric services (DR/DA/TF) 2–6 weeks, monthly SEO ongoing with monthly reports.
How delivery works
Completed work appears in your dashboard with a downloadable report, and you get an email the moment it’s ready. Link reports list every live placement with the URL, so you can verify the work yourself rather than taking our word for it.
Order confirmation
You’ll get an email confirming your order details right after checkout. If anything in that confirmation looks wrong, reply immediately, corrections are much easier before work starts than after.
Delays
If an order needs more info from you, its status changes to “Information Required” and the delivery clock pauses until you reply. If we’re running late on our side, you’ll see it reflected in the dashboard, and you can message us about it directly rather than guessing.
International orders
Since everything is delivered digitally through your dashboard, delivery timelines are the same regardless of your location. Time zone differences may affect how quickly we respond to a message, but not the delivery itself.
Revisions after delivery
If a delivered piece of content or a link placement needs a reasonable adjustment within the described scope, ask and we’ll make it. This isn’t unlimited free rework outside the original order, but small, honest corrections are part of getting delivery right, not a separate paid service.
Tracking your delivery
Your dashboard shows the live status of every order, not just a finished-or-not toggle. You’ll see when work starts, when it moves to review, and when it’s marked complete, so you’re never wondering whether something is actually in progress.
If something’s missing
If a delivered order is missing something the listing described, tell us and we’ll fix it. That’s covered under our refund policy if we genuinely can’t make it right.
