Accessibility Statement

We want serpzenith.com usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or high-contrast settings.

What’s built in

• Keyboard-accessible navigation, including the mega menus.
• Skip-to-content link on every page.
• Visible focus indicators so keyboard users always know where they are on the page.
• WCAG-conscious color contrast (our lime accent is never used as text on white).
• Labeled forms with clear error messages, not just a red border with no explanation.
• Alt text on meaningful images.

Our target standard

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the site. That’s an ongoing goal rather than a one-time checkbox, since new pages and features get reviewed against the same standard as they’re built, not just at launch.

Known limitations

Some third-party plugin widgets, like the WooCommerce checkout and cart blocks, follow their own vendor’s accessibility implementation, which we don’t fully control but do monitor for major issues. If you hit a specific barrier in one of these areas, tell us and we’ll look at what can be improved on our end or flag it to the plugin vendor.

Ongoing review

Accessibility isn’t a one-time audit we did once and forgot. New pages get checked against the same keyboard-navigation and contrast standards as they’re published, and we periodically spot-check older pages as the site grows past 500 published pages.

Compatible technology

This site is built and tested to work with current versions of major screen readers and browsers. If you’re using older or less common assistive technology and something doesn’t work as expected, tell us the specific tool and browser combination so we can actually reproduce and fix the issue.

Found a problem?

If any part of this site is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us at info@serpzenith.com, describing the page and what happened. Accessibility fixes go to the top of the queue, not into a backlog nobody looks at.
