Review Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Every review on this site is real. Here’s how we keep it that way, and how you can verify it yourself.

  • Reviews come from actual customers on Google, Fiverr, Upwork, or direct written feedback.
  • Each one is labeled with its source, so you know exactly where it came from.
  • We never write, buy or trade reviews.
  • We don’t cherry-pick — critical feedback gets addressed, not hidden.
  • Case study numbers come from real campaigns, shared with client permission.

How reviews get collected

We ask clients for feedback after a campaign milestone, never before work is delivered. We don’t offer discounts or incentives in exchange for a positive review, since that would make the review meaningless.

What happens with negative feedback

When a client raises a problem publicly, we respond publicly too, and we’d rather fix the underlying issue than argue about the review. A pattern of honest, addressed criticism says more about how we actually operate than a wall of unblemished five-star ratings ever could.

Verifying a review yourself

Reviews sourced from Google or Fiverr can be checked directly on those platforms using the reviewer’s name or the review text. If a review is labeled “direct client” or “email,” we can show the original message on request.

Why this matters more in this industry

SEO and link building attract more than the usual share of inflated review counts and vague “results,” since outcomes are harder for an outsider to verify than a physical product. Being able to trace every review back to a real source is how we’d want to evaluate an agency ourselves, so it’s the standard we hold our own reviews to.

Spot something off?

Email info@serpzenith.com and we’ll show you its source or take it down. We’d genuinely rather have fewer, real reviews than a bigger number nobody can verify.
