How It Works
Submit a request in your dashboard whenever something needs doing, small text changes, a broken plugin, a new small feature, and we work through your monthly allowance in the order requests come in.
Delivery
This runs every month for as long as you keep the plan active. Most small requests get handled within a few business days depending on your position in the queue that month.
Questions We Get
What counts as a “small fix”? Text and image updates, minor styling tweaks, small plugin issues, that kind of scope. A full redesign or new page build is a separate, larger request.
What if I do not use my full allowance one month? It does not roll over, similar to how most subscription-style services work, so use it or plan requests accordingly.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes, no contracts, cancel whenever it stops making sense for you.
Do unused requests carry any priority next month? No, each month resets independently, so it is worth using your allowance as things come up rather than saving requests for later.
Can I request a small new feature, not just a fix? Small, well-defined features usually fit. Bigger builds are scoped and quoted separately from the monthly allowance.
Who submits requests, just me or my whole team? Whoever has access to your dashboard account can submit requests, so your team is welcome to use it too.
