Services
Each service page and product listing describes exactly what’s included. That description, plus any custom offer you accept, is the full scope of what we deliver. If something isn’t listed, it isn’t included, and we’ll tell you plainly if a request falls outside the original scope rather than quietly skipping it.
What we need from you
Accurate order details, URLs, keywords, access where required, and timely responses when we ask questions. Delays on your side extend delivery timelines, since some work genuinely can’t start until we have what we need from you.
Payment
Orders are paid at checkout through our payment gateway. Recurring services renew automatically on the schedule shown at signup until cancelled. You can cancel a recurring service from your dashboard at any time before the next billing date.
Results
We guarantee deliverables: the links built, pages optimized, fixes made and reports sent. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, because nobody honestly can. See the results disclaimer for the full explanation.
Acceptable use
We refuse orders for illegal content, and reserve the right to decline any order that risks harm to your site or ours. Declined orders are refunded in full. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.
Intellectual property
Content we write for you becomes yours once delivered and paid for. Our own site content, branding and methodology documentation remain ours.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure. We’re responsible for keeping your data private per the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect losses like lost profits, since SEO outcomes depend on far more than our work alone.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as services change. The version live at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
